Submission requirements
Please e-mail images (the more the better) that best visually convey your project (Specs: JPG format, RGB mode, 72 dpi, 3MB maximum file size per image; image size: 2300W X 1200H pixels). For an audio/video/Web-based project, please post it online and submit the URL.
Background information
In the body of your message, please describe the project (e.g., problem, solution, function, etc.) in 100 words or less. Project credits: Please supply the names and titles of the people who created this project (e.g., John Smith, art director; Jane Smith, designer, etc.). Please do not include credits for account management and other non-creative personnel.

Please include your name, company (if applicable), street address, phone, e-mail and Web site.
If we decide to publish your project online or in the magazine, we will contact you. Please note: Due to the large number of submissions we receive, you will only be contacted if your work is selected.
Fresh
Fresh features the latest cutting-edge work from people, firms and agencies that have been working professionally for approximately five years. This includes those who have changed careers/styles within that same time frame.
Submission requirements

Background information for each project
In the body of your e-mail message, please indicate which projects are personal or for clients (at least TWO pieces must be client work).
Be sure to include how long you've been working professionally or in your current role.

Is there a deadline? No. We're always looking for new and exciting work to share with potential clients and creative professionals worldwide through our magazine and our Web site.
Does this cost anything? No. Submission is free.
How much work can I submit? And how many times can I submit my work? Please submit as much as you like and as often as you like. If you don't send it, we can't publish it!
Do you accept PDF/Illustrator/Photoshop or other file formats? No. To expedite the process of selection and posting we can only accept files with the following specifications: JPG format, RGB mode, 72 dpi, 3MB maximum file size per image; image size: 2300W X 1200H pixels.

Can I upload my project to your FTP Server/Can you download from my FTP Server? No. We currently do not have an FTP Server available.
Can I send you the TV commercial/motion graphics on disk? No. To expedite the process of selection and posting please submit a URL for viewing commercials or motion graphics.
Can I submit MP3 files for broadcast? No. To expedite the process of selection and posting please submit a URL for viewing broadcast work.
Can I attach screen dumps instead of a URL for broadcast submissions? No. We need to watch broadcast submissions in their entirety.
I have separate media that together make up my project, how should I submit them? To expedite the process of selection and posting, digital files in a series must end in sequential numbers and be submitted with the following specifications: JPG format, RGB mode, 72 dpi, 3MB maximum file size per image; image size: 2300W X 1200H pixels.

Do you accept student work? Student work is accepted as long as it was created for an actual client, and not a school project.
Where do we put creative credits for Fresh submission? Creative credits will be requested if your work is selected to be included.
Can I submit multiple Exhibit projects in a single e-mail? No. To expedite the process of selection and posting, please submit only one Exhibit project per e-mail.
I have already sent in my submission, can I still make a change? No, we are unable to locate individual projects. If you want to submit a revised project, please resubmit it in a new e-mail.
When will I know if my project was selected? We will notify you if your submission is chosen. Because of the large number of submissions we receive, we can only notify people whose work is we will be featuring.
If my submission is accepted, what will you use for reproduction? If your work is accepted, we will request the most appropriate reproduction materials.
