"This illustration was for the opening page of the CUE section of New York magazine. Helen Hunt was the star of the latest rendition of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. I chose to depict the scene early in the play where her character finds herself shipwrecked. I liked the image of the juxtaposition of her with long flowing hair and the bleak image of the shipwreck as the backdrop. To me it's a very romantic and dramatic scene in the play." 11 x 15.
