“We served up a digital double-shot for local coffee roaster Stumptown. First, we gave its mobile site a speed overhaul, condensing the homepage to run faster and helping visitors check out more quickly. Then we increased traffic to the site by creating a social playbook, which guides the brand on how to craft each post. ‘If it isn’t as perfect as your best shot of espresso, don’t post’ became the café chain’s social media mantra. Stumptown has seen an increase in interactions across the board. The conversion rate for purchases made on mobile has especially grown.
